Local Air Conditioning ServiceOur customers operate a variety of equipment, from small comfort conditioning units to large chillers, power boilers & evaporative condensers, for comfort conditioning and industrial processes.

We offer 24 hour emergency service and a maintenance program tailored to your needs and - from call us if it breaks, to a flat monthly charge for labor including scheduled preventive maintenance.

We also provide performance monitoring, design consulting and construction services for many of our building owner customers.

Our trucks and people are equipped with radios, cellular phones, and alpha pagers - all backed up with 24 hour answering service. We commit two hour response time to commercial accounts and same day response to residential customers.

We are committed to training our people, and everyday teaching and learning is an important component of company culture.

ON TIME OR FREE!  If we miss our scheduled service time, you don't pay. How do we do this? Our Technicians must maintain a 99% on time rate for 3 years. The technician must arrive within 2 hours of the service requested. 99.73% of our service calls have been on time over the past 12 months.  We have wireless data and voice communication with all technicians.  The dispatch system automatically messages the service manager with any schedule problems.  Maintenance work orders are automatically generated and scheduled. Technicians are strategically located all over Florida. You, as the customer, can view the entire process from dispatch through completion at our web portal. Don't accept excuses. If they can't get there on time, shop around. A company with highly trained technicians, equipped with modern management and scheduling technology can get there on time.
