Our system generates immediate, easy to read invoices and inspection reports. You get your invoice by fax, e-mail, or mail the day we finish the job. Most reliable service contractors have a service log documentation system that keeps track of the history of service calls and the specs on their customer's equipment. Ask to see a printout of this history from time to time. If there is any hesitation or if the contractor supplies a report that can't be easily understood, look elsewhere.
