We have offices in Tampa Bay and the Orlando Metro areas. Our company has been in business for over 40 years. We service mechanical systems in the state of Florida , and our national controls group services all of North America, including Puerto Rico and
the Caribbean . Our work force of approximately 50 people specializes in commercial systems service.
Our talents include:

In addition to fixing air conditioners, we repair:
COMMERCIAL KITCHENS
Ice Machines, Walkins, Freezers, Reachins, Steam Tables, Electric warmers, Dishwasher Controls, Macerators, Exhaust and Make-up hoods and fans – if its in the kitchen and uses power or gas or water, we can fix it when it breaks.
CONTROLS
Control systems, for HVAC, Lighting, Kitchen equipment, Pools, Irrigation - if it is supposed to turn something on or off and it doesn't, we can fix it.
SHEET METAL
We handle sheetmetal repairs such as crash plates on doors, trash chutes and dumpsters. We can “refloor” walkins and freezers.
PUMPS
We fix pool pumps, recirculating loop pumps, domestic water booster pumps, lift stations, sump pumps, pool pumps, fountain pumps, pond pumps. - we like pumps, and we're good at fixing them.
FANS
We handle fans of all sizes, from bathroom sized fart fans (1/20 th HP), to industrial sized warehouse fans (20HP). Kitchen fans, attic fans, cooling fans, heating fans, exhaust fans, intake fans.
POOLS and COMMERCIAL SPAS
Controls, heating (gas or electric) , pumping, jetting, temperature control to +-2 degree F.
BOILERS
Steam generators, pool heaters, process boilers, condensing boilers, non-condensing boilers, propane, natural gas, fuel oil, kerosene, if it makes heat with fire, we can fix it.
Paint booth heaters for Auto body shops too.

When our technicians receive a dispatched call, they have the job address, telephone numbers, names for contact, equipment lists and service history at their disposal. The systems tracks travel and work times, and generates clear, concise, and LEGIBLE invoices, that can be printed, faxed, mailed or sent via email - paperlessly. As a customer, you can log onto our web portal and place service calls, and track them through creation, dispatch, travel, arrival, and completion, all without picking up a phone.
