ORLANDO, FL—Cortez Heating & Air will be providing maintenance services to the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort and Waldorf Astoria Orlando hotels, the company announced recently.

“The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort and the Waldorf Astoria Orlando are world-class resort hotels that serve a clientele from all over the world,” says Steven Dobbins, Vice President of Sales at Cortez Heating & Air. “Their standards for guest comfort are exacting, and it’s an honor that they selected Cortez.”

The two hotels have significant square footage under air conditioning. The Waldorf Astoria Orlando has over 500 guest rooms, and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort has over 153,000 square feet of meeting space. Between them, the hotels share twelve restaurants and lounges.   

Under the agreement, Cortez will provide preventative maintenance services to both hotels’ HVAC equipment, to include chillers, variable speed drives, and pumps. Cortez will also respond to any HVAC emergency calls the hotels might have. The agreement runs for three years, until March 2024.
